Anti-TLR5 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TLR5, offered by Antibodies.com. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated by the manufacturer for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The target protein has a molecular weight of 100 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 714–858 of human TLR5 (NP_003259.2). Concentration is reported as lot specific.

Reactivity with human samples is confirmed by the manufacturer, while the retailer also lists reactivity with mouse and rat samples. For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
