Anti-TLR4 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against human TLR4, this polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com is a research reagent for studying Toll-like receptor 4 signaling in innate immunity. TLR4 is the pattern recognition receptor that senses bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and initiates downstream MyD88-dependent and TRIF-dependent signaling cascades leading to NF-κB activation and pro-inflammatory cytokine release.

Validated for Western blot and flow cytometry, the unconjugated antibody is supplied as 200 µl of liquid reagent and is intended for detection of endogenous TLR4 in human myeloid cells, including monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cell populations.
