Anti-TLR4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody raised against human Toll-Like Receptor 4 (TLR4), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in a 100 µl vial for immunology and inflammation research. TLR4 is a pattern-recognition receptor of innate immunity that detects lipopolysaccharide from Gram-negative bacteria and drives MyD88- and TRIF-dependent signaling culminating in NF-κB activation and pro-inflammatory cytokine production.

Validated for Western blot and flow cytometry workflows, this reagent is useful for tracking receptor expression on monocytes, macrophages, and other myeloid cells, for probing cell-lysate or tissue-level TLR4 abundance, and for studying endotoxin tolerance, sepsis models, and the contribution of TLR4 signaling to chronic inflammatory and autoimmune conditions. Because the antibody is unconjugated, it can be paired with HRP-, fluorophore-, or biotin-labeled secondary reagents of the researcher's choice to suit chemiluminescence detection or multi-color flow cytometry panels.
