Anti-TLR4 Antibody

Human TLR4 (Toll-like receptor 4) is the target of this unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and supplied as 100 µl of antiserum. TLR4 acts as a pattern recognition receptor on the cell surface that detects lipopolysaccharide (LPS) from gram-negative bacteria and triggers MyD88- and TRIF-dependent signaling cascades, leading to NF-κB activation and cytokine release in innate immune cells. The reagent supports western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows on human samples, enabling detection of endogenous receptor expression in cell lysates and fixed tissue sections.
