Anti-TLR4 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting TLR4. It is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications on Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 27-228 of human TLR4 (NP_612564.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 110 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF, with the concentration reported as lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Three scientific validation images are available.
