Anti-TLR10 Antibody

The antibody was raised against a recombinant human TLR10 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography using that immunogen, and it specifically recognizes the endogenous total TLR10 protein in native samples. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human and mouse specimens, making it a flexible choice for studies of innate immune pattern-recognition signaling. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the absence of a conjugated label means the reagent can be paired with the secondary detection chemistry of the researcher's choice.
