Anti-TLR1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is raised in rabbit and recognizes the endogenous TLR1 protein (also known as CD281, KIAA0012, TIL, Toll-like receptor 1, or Toll/interleukin-1 receptor-like protein). It is supplied unconjugated at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline pH 7.4 containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and the 50 µL aliquot has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant human TLR1 protein, and the polyclonal antibody is purified by affinity chromatography before being shipped at 4°C with long-term storage recommended at -20°C in single-use aliquots to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
