TLR1 (Toll-like receptor 1) is a pattern-recognition receptor of the innate immune system that recognizes triacylated lipoproteins, typically forming heterodimers with TLR2 to activate downstream NF-κB signaling in antigen-presenting cells. This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com was raised against human TLR1 and is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human samples.
Supplied as an unconjugated reagent in a 100 µl volume, the reagent supports detection of endogenous TLR1 expression in cell lysates, formalin-fixed tissue sections, and cultured cells. Polyclonal reactivity broadens epitope coverage, allowing recognition of multiple regions of the TLR1 extracellular domain within a single experiment. For storage, aliquot upon arrival and freeze at -20 °C to preserve activity across repeated freeze-thaw cycles; avoid prolonged exposure to room temperature and protect from light until use. This reagent is intended for research use only.
