Anti-TLN1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Talin 1 (TLN1), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-220 of human TLN1 (NP_006280.3) and is affinity purified in liquid form. The target protein has a molecular weight of 240 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, shipped at 4°C for storage at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
