Anti-TLK1 (phospho-S743) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against TLK1 phosphorylated at Serine 743 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human TLK1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 743, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of TLK1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser743.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 86 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
