Anti-TLE2 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent, this antibody is raised in rabbit against the human TLE2 target and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications with Human samples. It detects endogenous levels of total TLE2 protein. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human TLE2, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

Provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, the reagent is formulated in rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. TLE2 is also known by the synonyms Enhancer of split groucho-like protein 2, ESG2 and Transducin-like enhancer protein 2.
