Anti-TKT Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against the TKT target. It is supplied unconjugated and, according to the manufacturer's validation, is suitable for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent was raised against recombinant human TKT protein and purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen. It is provided at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

By Western blot and immunohistochemistry, the antibody recognises endogenous levels of total TKT. Each batch is supported by two scientific validation images provided by the manufacturer.
