Anti-TKT Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit antibody targeting transketolase (TKT), supplied by Antibodies.com in the Primary Antibodies category. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity in Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-280 of human TKT (NP_001128527.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 68 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity-purified. It is shipped at 4°C and on receipt should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
