Anti-TK1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Thymidine Kinase 1 (TK1), supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is provided as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been affinity purified.

Validated for Western blot at a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:1,000, immunohistochemistry at 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200. The antibody has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 26 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 15–194 of human Thymidine Kinase 1 (NP_003249.3). The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
