The antibody is unconjugated and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen — a synthetic non-phosphopeptide derived from human TK spanning the phosphorylation site of serine 13 (P-G-S(p)-P-S). It specifically detects endogenous levels of total TK protein in human samples and has been validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).
