Anti-TJP3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TJP3, available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and is generated in Rabbit.

The antibody detects endogenous levels of TJP3 protein, and the immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human TJP3. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The protein target migrates at approximately 110 kDa. The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is of the IgG isotype.
