Anti-TJP2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting TJP2 (also known as ZO2). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunoprecipitation (IP) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 951-1190 of human TJP2 (NP_004808.2). The target has a molecular weight of 160 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity purification. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IP: 1:500-1:1,000.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is intended for Research Use Only (RUO) and is accompanied by two scientific validation images.
