Anti-TJP1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets TJP1, also referred to as ZO1 tight junction protein. The unconjugated IgG reagent is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is prepared by affinity purification.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody is recommended at dilutions of 1:1,000–1:5,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1446–1748 of human TJP1 (NP_003248.3), reacts with human and mouse samples, and recognises a target with an apparent molecular weight of 250 kDa.
