The Anti-TIPIN Antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against TIPIN (TIMELESS-interacting protein), a component of the replication fork protection complex that supports fork progression and stabilizes the replisome during DNA replication stress. By binding TIPIN, this unconjugated IgG antibody allows researchers to track endogenous TIPIN expression in cell lysates and tissue extracts, supporting studies of S-phase checkpoint signaling, replication timing, and chromatin-associated DNA damage responses.

Validated for Western blot applications, the antibody recognizes TIPIN in both human and mouse samples, enabling cross-species comparison of replication fork integrity and checkpoint activation. Each vial is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot of polyclonal serum purified from the rabbit host, with the IgG isotype providing flexibility for standard immunoblotting detection chemistries. To preserve activity, store the antibody refrigerated at -20 °C in working aliquots and limit freeze-thaw exposure. For research use only, this primary antibody is intended for laboratories investigating genomic stability, DNA replication, and the molecular mechanisms underlying checkpoint control.
