Anti-TINF2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to TINF2 (also referred to as Tin2) is offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blotting (WB). It reacts with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 202–451 of human TIN2/TINF2 (NP_001092744.1), and the reagent has been affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with the target protein migrating at approximately 40–45 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
