Anti-TINAGL1 Antibody

TINAGL1 (tubulointerstitial nephritis antigen-like 1), also known as lipocalin-7 or adrenocortical zonation factor 1, is a secreted matricellular glycoprotein of approximately 54-57 kDa that participates in extracellular matrix remodeling, renal tubular biology, and spatial patterning of the adrenal cortex through suppression of CYP11B1 expression. Published work has linked the protein to suppression of triple-negative breast cancer metastasis via simultaneous inhibition of integrin/FAK and EGFR signaling, and to impaired wound healing in diabetic fibroblasts, making it relevant to oncology, nephrology, and connective-tissue research.

The reagent is applied to immunoblotting of cell lysates and tissue homogenates such as placenta, kidney, and adrenal gland preparations, and is compatible with standard HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies for chemiluminescent readout.
