A Primary Antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets TIMP4 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications.

The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a lot-specific concentration and a molecular weight of 25 kDa. It has been affinity purified and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 30–224 of human TIMP4 (NP_003247.1).

Recommended for Western blotting at a dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
