Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TIMP3, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence applications on human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody was generated using recombinant full length human TIMP3 as immunogen and detects endogenous levels of the TIMP3 protein.
It is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with the target detected at approximately 25 kDa. The reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
