Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this research-grade polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and specifically recognizes endogenous levels of total TIMP2 (Tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases 2, also known as TIMP-2, Metalloproteinase inhibitor 2, or CSC-21K). The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL and is unconjugated, making it well suited to standard immunodetection workflows. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, supporting broad use across cell-based and tissue-based studies.
