Description
This primary antibody reagent from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against TIMP2. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It was raised against recombinant full-length human TIMP2 and specifically detects endogenous levels of the protein.
The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 24 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
