Anti-TIMP2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets TIMP2 and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. The antibody is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–150 of human TIMP2 (NP_003246.1) and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Concentration is lot specific. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
