Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 61-110 of Human TIMP-1. The unconjugated antibody detects endogenous levels of TIMP-1 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The antibody recognises a target of ~ 23 kDa and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
