Anti-TIMM8A Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against TIMM8A (also known as TIMM8A/DDP). It is supplied as a liquid, unconjugated reagent of the IgG isotype and has been validated for Western Blot (WB), with additional validation for Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen used is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–97 of human TIMM8A (NP_004076.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 11 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The manufacturer's recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
