Anti-TIMM17B Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TIMM17B, validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reactive with Mouse samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody is produced in Rabbit and purified by affinity purification.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-172 of human TIMM17B (NP_005825.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 18 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. Recommended dilution range is WB: 1:500-1:2,000.

Validation data include Western blot analysis of extracts of mouse heart using the antibody at 1:1,000 dilution, with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates were loaded at 25µg per lane, blocked with 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST, and detected with an ECL Enhanced Kit over a 90s exposure. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only.
