Anti-TIMM17A Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com recognizes TIMM17A, also referred to as TIM17. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human and mouse samples and is validated for Western blot application.

Recommended for use at dilutions of 1:500 to 1:2,000, the antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is affinity purified and targets a protein with a reported molecular weight of 18 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1-171 of human TIMM17A (NP_006326.1). The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
