Anti-TIMM10 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the TIMM10 protein and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–90 of human TIMM10, and the target has a molecular weight of 12 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography, shipped at 4 °C, and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
