Anti-TIGD3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the tigger transposable element-derived protein 3 (TIGD3) and is intended for the detection of endogenous levels of total TIGD3 protein in human samples. The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human TIGD3 as the immunogen, and it was subsequently purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography employing the epitope-specific immunogen. It is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with the immunoglobulin fraction being of the rabbit IgG isotype and the reagent being supplied in an unconjugated format. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), making the product suitable for expression studies across a range of human-derived sample types. For shipment the vial is kept at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided in order to preserve antibody integrity.
