Description
A polyclonal antibody reagent raised in rabbit against TIGD1, available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG antibody is reactive with mouse and rat samples and has been validated for western blotting.
Prepared by affinity purification, the reagent was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human TIGD1 (NP_663748.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The reported molecular weight is 67 kDa, and the recommended WB dilution is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C and avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
