Anti-TIEG2 (F6) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody targets TIEG2. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–50 of Human TIEG2. The antibody detects endogenous levels of TIEG2 protein and has an observed molecular weight of approximately 55 kDa. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
