The Antibodies.com Anti-TIE1 Antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the TIE1 receptor tyrosine kinase, an endothelial cell surface protein that partners with TIE2 to regulate vascular development, blood vessel remodeling, and angiogenic signaling. The reagent detects a roughly 125 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein and is supplied as 100 µg of unconjugated IgG in a liquid vial. It is validated for western blot, immunocytochemistry, and flow cytometry on human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting work in cardiovascular biology and tumor angiogenesis research. For best stability, store at -20°C in working aliquots and limit freeze-thaw cycles; brief storage at 4°C is acceptable for short-term use. Investigators commonly deploy it to characterize endothelial cell populations, profile TIE1/TIE2 heterodimerization, and probe vascular remodeling in disease models where receptor turnover drives pathogenic signaling.
