Anti-Tie-2 (phospho-Y1108) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Tie-2 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 1108 and is validated for use in Western blot (WB). The unconjugated reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Tie-2 around the Tyr1108 phosphorylation site, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Tie-2 protein when phosphorylated at this residue. The target migrates at approximately 160 kDa.

The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is accompanied by one scientific validation image.
