Anti-Tie-2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to Tie-2 is available from Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is raised in rabbit, is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Validated applications include Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was generated against recombinant full-length Human Tie-2 and detects endogenous levels of the Tie-2 protein.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 126 kDa.
