TICAM2 (also called TRAM) is a TRIF-related adaptor protein in the TLR4 innate immune signaling cascade, and this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the human target. It is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot and supports Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows, making it useful for immunoblotting membrane-based detection as well as chromogenic staining on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. The antibody recognizes the cytoplasmic adaptor that bridges TLR4 and TRIF, allowing researchers to probe MyD88-independent signaling, LPS-driven response pathways, and downstream IRF3 and NF-κB activation events in human samples.
