Anti-TICAM2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the TRIF-related adaptor molecule (TRAM), this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent targets TICAM2, a 235 amino acid cytoplasmic adapter that bridges TLR4 to the MyD88-independent signaling arm and gates endotoxin-driven activation of IRF-3, IRF-7, and NF-κB.

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl affinity-purified preparation, the antibody is validated for western blot detection of endogenous TICAM2 in human and rat samples, supporting studies of TLR4 signal transduction, LPS-stimulated macrophage lysates, and interferon-β induction in cell line and primary tissue models.
