Anti-TIAL1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to TIAL1 offered by Antibodies.com in the Primary Antibodies category. The reagent is an unconjugated IgG antibody raised in rabbit, validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, at a lot-specific concentration, and has been affinity purified. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 266–375 of human TIAL1 (NP_003243.1), and recognises a target with a stated molecular weight of 47 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:100–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
