Anti-TIA1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the C-terminal region of human TIA1, this polyclonal antibody targets an RNA-binding protein best known for its role in stress granule assembly and translational silencing under cellular stress. The unconjugated reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is packaged as a 100 µl aliquot ready for direct dilution into standard assay buffers.

Validated applications cover Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence on human, mouse, and rat samples. In IHC and IF workflows the antibody is frequently used to highlight cytotoxic lymphocytes, mast cells, and the cytoplasmic foci that form during oxidative, viral, or heat-shock stress, supporting studies of innate immunity, RNA metabolism, and apoptotic signaling.
