Anti-THY1 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised in rabbit and targets CD90/Thy1. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 20–130 of human CD90/Thy1 (NP_006279.2). The target has an observed molecular weight in the range of 25–35 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
