Anti-THRSP Antibody

Antibodies.com supplies a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against THRSP, unconjugated and reactive with human samples. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows, and is of the IgG isotype. It was generated by immunising rabbits with recombinant full-length human THRSP and specifically detects endogenous levels of the THRSP protein.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a preparation of greater than 95% purity as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and the target protein migrates at an apparent molecular weight of approximately 17 kDa.
