Anti-Thrombin Receptor Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting the Thrombin Receptor, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody. It is raised in rabbit, validated for Western Blot applications, and reactive with human samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Thrombin Receptor, and the antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of total Thrombin Receptor protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only.
