Anti-Thrombin R (S42) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against Thrombin R (S42). It is unconjugated, reactive with human samples, and validated for Western blot (WB) applications.

The antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was generated against a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 12-60 of Human Thrombin R, and detects endogenous levels of Thrombin R protein. The expected molecular weight of the target is ~ 48 kDa.

The reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
