Anti-Thrombin R (G17) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this is a polyclonal rabbit antibody raised against Thrombin R. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal of Human Thrombin R, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Thrombin R protein. It is unconjugated and provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The expected molecular weight of the target is ~48 kDa.
