Anti-THRB (L37) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–50 of Human THRB. It is designed to detect endogenous levels of Thyroid Hormone Receptor ß protein and is supplied unconjugated. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, the reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is reported as > 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 52 kDa.
