Anti-THRB Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised against Thyroid Hormone Receptor beta (THRB), supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. The reagent is affinity purified and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is provided at a lot-specific concentration. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 53 kDa. A recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:500 to 1:1,000 is advised. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-263 of human TRβ1/THRB (NP_000452.2).
