Anti-THRAP3 Antibody

The rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets THRAP3, alternatively designated TR150, and is offered within the Primary Antibodies range. This unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 340-500 of human THRAP3 (NP_005110.2). The antibody has a molecular weight of 150 kDa and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3), containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It has been affinity purified.

For Western Blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:100-1:500 is suggested. The product ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
