Anti-THRA Antibody

The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence within amino acids 119-199 of human THRA (NP_003241.2), and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a reported molecular weight of 55 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
